Weapon Permit to Carry Form
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office manages the issuance of weapons permits. The Sheriff’s Office will take applications and submit them to the State of Iowa for issuance upon approval. Download Form. HF756 (New 2021 Iowa Weapon Permit Law).
